This short film features the beautiful voices from the Choir of Beverley Minster, as our drone aerial filming takes the viewer on an extraordinary journey (flight) through the myriad of stunning perspectives inside this gothic architectural masterpiece. Beverley Minster, 12 miles from Hull in East Yorkshire, has stood dominant on the Humberside landscape since construction began in 1120. Situated in the historic market town of Beverley, the Minster is linked to the Diocese of York (York Minster) and a must-visit location when visiting Yorkshire.
We’re very proud our Beverley Minster film went on to win ‘Best Architecture Film’ at the Washington DC Drone Film Festival, 2017. Indeed, our film creatively inspired the Director of Photography for the BBC/Masterpiece drama production of King Charles III, with whom we worked closely to provide all the aerial filming, both inside and out, for the film.
