Most of our clients find our easy to use ‘all-inclusive’ price plans allows them to see exactly what they’re getting in a simple and straightforward way. If you’re wanting something you can’t see just ask – we can do any variations on these, making sure you get the right package for you and your budget.
For jobs based in the UK travel will be billed at 45p per mile. Multiple locations will incur added mileage.
If accommodation is required this will be an additional cost that we will discuss with you prior to agreeing the job.
Per diems are £28.00 per crew member although this can be negotiable depending on the specific nature of the job.
We are happy to quote you for overseas work. The budget for travel, per diems and accommodation, will be discussed on a per case basis. For overseas shoots within Europe, we do not charge crew travel days (direct flights) for bookings of 5 consecutive days or more. Overseas shoots outside of Europe for bookings of 7 consecutive days or more, we do not charge crew travel days for direct flights of 12 hours or less.

BOOKINGS
If your filming schedule is yet to be confirmed, we’re happy to hold dates for you. Should another booking enquiry come through for the dates you have on hold, we will always check back with you first.
To make a confirmed booking we will require confirmation in writing and, where appropriate, a purchase order and booking fee.

Having worked in television production for many years we understand that schedules change. Combining the unpredictability of filming and the UK weather we offer you a fully flexible approach to working.
If you need to change your booking please let us know as soon as possible. Ideally, we will reschedule your shoot for another day, subject to availability, without any cost implication.
Any rescheduling made to another date within 5 days a shoot day will be dealt with on a per case basis.
Full cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot day will incur a 30% charge of the quoted fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 75% charge and within 24 hours 100% of quoted fee.
In instances where Aerial Picture Company postpones filming due to unsafe, unsuitable or extreme weather conditions (or force majeure), no fee will be charged.
